Another Summer Wreath

My kitchen door needed a wreath and I decided that I’d make something using supplies that I had on-hand.  I selected a grapevine wreath from my wreath storage area and then investigated my craft cabinet to see what was available to be used.  I found plenty of greenery and some terra cotta decorations used on a wreath in the past.  I had hoped to find some pretty summer ribbon, but I only had fall and Christmas ribbon in my stash.

Even though the greenery is faux, I like that this wreath looks natural.

This door has been bare for a while and I’m glad that I finally created something to hang here.

I may have to take this down as men go in and out to do repair work on the family room, but it will be easy enough to rehang it when they are gone.

This wreath is big enough to look pretty even from the street and it makes me happy to see it each time I pass my kitchen door from outside of our home.
