It’s been a beautiful week here in Virginia.  After what seemed liked an eternity of days of clouds, if was nice to see the sun again.

I love a week when I have fun projects to share and this was one of those weeks.

I made over a $3 milk glass lamp that I found at the thrift shop.  I’m loving the combination of gold and white.  This post is part of a thrift challenge that benefits sheltered animals.  There are 14 more thrift shop makeover to enjoy when you click over.

I’m participating in a 31 Days of Christmas Ornament Blog Hop and this week was my day to share an ornament.  I used vintage buttons to craft this cute snowman.  You’ll find links to every ornament shared in October at the bottom of my post.  I have found some great ideas!

I belong to a power tool challenge team where a group of bloggers makes projects to go along with a monthly theme.  This month’s theme was frightful and my pierced wood candle holders add fun light patterns to my frightfully decorated table.

  1. Hi Paula,

Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving such a thoughtful comment. With so many participants in your link party. I know it must be difficult to visit everyone, much less comment, I am honored you took the time to do so and wanted to let you know.
