Summer
NINE more days of school! I can’t wait to get out and have some time to do exactly what I want to do.
Mr. SP and I looked at the calendar last night and realized that we might not have time to take a vacation. That is SO depressing. We are going to the beach for a week and half, but it is with a lot of family, and to be honest, it isn’t always relaxing. We have a wedding in late July and a family picnic in early August that we must attend and that is our usual time to take a vacation together. Mr. SP has a business trip in early June, then his sister is coming for a week from CA, then I take a class at SBC for recertification, and then it is time to leave for the beach. I hope we can go somewhere together.
One thing that I will accomplish this summer is to find fabric for my dining room curtains and to get them completed by the time I’m back to school. (August 11)
The pool opens next Saturday! Summer is almost here!

I hope you can get some time to get a vacation planned. I’m not sure that we are going to be able to go anywhere this summer which is a bummer.
