Labor Day Cookout Photos
Mama, my mother-in-law, and I enjoyed Tequila Mojitoes. I liked these, but I’d much rather have a nice glass of wine or a Margarita.
Stuffed Viva Italia Tomatoes – These are super easy. The tomatoes came from my garden.
Orzo Salad – My friend grew the red and yellow peppers.
Roasted Cauliflower – I really like roasting it – it gives it a nutty flavor.
Hubby’s Brats – He’s a Chicago boy who went to school in Madison, WI. What more can I say? Mama and I had chicken instead of Brats.
It was quite a feast and there’s lots of leftovers to eat this week.
Yummy! You all were eating good on Monday.
Can you post the recipe for the Orzo Salad??
