Treasures From a Friend
My friend is in the process of cleaning out her mother’s home and let me have a few things this weekend. She was happy to give them away and I was happy to receive them!
I am in love with this pink vase. My friend put it to the side for me along with the bowl and decanter because she knew I would find a special place in my home for them. All too soon I’ll be filling the bowl with gourds for fall décor. I recently cracked my favorite pitcher and this clear glass one is a great replacement. An angel food cake pan has been on my list of “things I could use in the kitchen” for a long time. Now I have no excuse for not baking a yummy, diet-friendly cake.![]()
I spotted these tennis rackets in a closet and asked if I could have them. The wooden one is my favorite and I’ll bet that one day it hangs on my wall as a decoration. Don’t you love the monogrammed tennis racket cover?![]()
I couldn’t pass up a bag of cookie cutters. Many of these designs were missing from my collection.![]()
I don’t think I’ll ever have enough wrapping paper, tissue paper, ribbon, or tags. All of this will come in handy sooner or later.![]()
Many thanks to my good friend for sharing these goodies with me!
