Finally Friday!
Yippee! It’s Friday!
The SCA sponsored a pumpkin decorating contest at school and I thought I’d share my favorite. A 6th grade homeroom entered this pumpkin. The idea for it came from BHG magazine.
We had a fall festival last night at school and the parents voted on their favorite pumpkin. We’ll find out this morning who won. I’m not so ready for another school day since yesterday’s was over 12 hours long. Getting home late and getting up early to do it all over again pretty much stinks.
I am super excited about this weekend. We are going to a dinner/dance benefit tonight for the local children’s museum and then tomorrow to a chili cook-off. Both events are sure to be fun.

We’re having a bunch of college students staying with us this weekend–should be fun! I need to go make beds with clean sheets! 🙂
