Orange Cauliflower
Have you tried this? Our Kroger has had it for the past month or so for $1.50 a head. It is delicious! I cut it into flowerettes, drizzle with evoo, sprinkle with salt, and roast at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes. I don’t find the taste to be different from white cauliflower, but I do like the orange color.
That is wild! Lennon loves cauliflower, so I may need to look for that.
