Re-Gifting Party
This is not the official invitation. I just wanted a pretty picture.
We’re going to a re gifting party tonight. Everyone brings a wrapped gift and we play dirty Santa style to exchange them. I wrapped up a calendar that my mom received for “Women of a Certain Age.” It looks like each day will have a funny saying. Mama is retired and just didn’t have a place for it. Hubby’s gift is a basil/cilantro diffuser from Pier One. You put sticks in the liquid and it diffuses through the room. I’m sure it will smell good, but it is not my style, and I don’t want to look at it. I can’t wait to see what people will bring.
This party is a different crowd for us. We know the host and hostess through tennis. Most of the couples will be older. I know a few that will be there and I know that they like to drink and they love to party. It should be fun!

The party was FUN! I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. Eight ladies ended up around the kitchen table with our wine and we talked and laughed for hours.
The present that everyone wanted was a golf club that has a place in it to hook a tennis ball. I believe it was called a “doggie driver”. We ended up with 2 Shrek glasses and an ugly brooch.
So glad you had a great time! I’m supposed to attend one in January and it is always hilarious!
