Welcome to the Best of the Weekend party. We are glad you are here and are starting your weekend with us. We started an outdoor project at the lake last weekend and hope to finish it up this weekend. Last weekend it felt like summer at the lake and not only did we work on a project, but we also went on two boat rides. That was a real treat at the end of October.
What are you doing this weekend? I’d love for you to leave a comment to let me know.
If you don’t already follow us in some way, we’d love for you to do so.
What I Shared This Week
My November Stitch Fix (#41) arrived and it was a good one. I kept all five items and have enjoyed wearing a few of them to school this week. Mr. SP’s second Fix just arrived so be on the lookout for a post about what he received next week.
Our friends are moving into a new home and asked me to give their daughter’s vintage school desk a makeover. I’m thrilled with the end result and can’t wait for her to start using it in her new room.
When you link up to Best of the Weekend, your posts will be be seen on all five of our blogs. We have a Pinterest Best of the Weekend Features board, where we pin our features each week. When pinning, please remember to click over to the featured blog so that that blogger will get credit for her work on Pinterest.
Speaking of features, let’s see what caught my eye from last week’s party.
Chellie from Art From My Table shared her Palmer House Hilton Brownie. Doesn’t this look good?
Nina from Crazy for Cookies and More shared her Jalapeno Popper Pumpkin Cheese Ball.
Penny from Penny’s Vintage Home shared how she gave a Dollhouse a Makeover for Christmas.
Wendy from The Monday Box shared her Decorated Thanksgiving Cookies.
Amy from A Day of Small Things shared her pretty fall porch along with shots from a perfect fall day in Annapolis.
I look forward to what is shared this weekend!
