Our Favorite Chocolate Chip Cookies

A favorite dessert at our house is cookies and chocolate chip ranks as our number one favorite.  Yesterday I whipped up a batch of cookies using my favorite recipe.

I know there are thousands of versions of chocolate chip cookie recipes to be found and I’ve tried quite a few of them.  The version that I’m sharing today is my favorite and it’s so easy to make.  My favorite thing about this recipe is that it calls for melted butter.  There’s no waiting around to make cookies until the butter softens.

Wouldn’t you like to share some of these with your family tonight?

I saved a few of these to enjoy now but froze most of them to take to the beach.  To freeze, simply stack cookies in a Tupperware container and pop into the freezer.  Don’t they look good?
