Easy Taco Pasta is another “go to” dinner idea when I need something quick and easy. I’ve made this many times over the years and we love it.
Easy Taco Pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15.5 oz) can chili hot beans
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 (10 oz) can enchilada sauce
1 packet taco seasoning
1 box pasta shells
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Make pasta according to directions on the box. Drain.
Cook beef in a large skillet until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili beans, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, and taco seasoning. Cook 3 minutes.
Add pasta to sauce and cook 3 minutes. Stir in cheese until it melts.
