Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
This chocolate chip pumpkin bread is moist, tender, and filled with flavor.

- 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 15 oz can of pumpkin
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a bread loaf pan.
Add 1 cup of flour, sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt to a large bowl, and mix on low for 30 seconds.
Add the rest of the flour, pumpkin, and milk, and mix on medium-low until the dough is solid.
Add chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Spread the mixture into the greased bread pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
